Where's the little kitty cat today?  Jaaaaaaaaniiiiiiiiiiina?

B.  1 egg with 1 slice of spam (less than an ounce)

l.  strange.. but this is lunch:
1/2 deviled egg
2 pieces of salami
1 oz of cheddar

s.  coffee with whipped cream.. YUM

d.  2 small chicken thighs roasted with olive oil, salt, garlic, oregano and romano (then broiled) 
and some broccoli and tomato sauteed in butter with garlic and salt

exercise:  Had a crappy workout.. I felt like total sh*t.  Got off some back and abs.  I did a 30 minutes warm up on the treadmill and 20 minutes afterwards.

I felt guilty so I went back later and did another 30 on the treadmill and 15 on the eliptical. 

CW:  Spent the morning peeing out the enemy!  LOL  206.8

B: Coffee w/Half & Half (2 carbs)
S: Atkin's shake (1 carbs)
L: Salad w/bacon and mozzarella (6 carbs)
S: 1 1/2 Tortilla pizza - (3 carbs)
D: Skirt Steak w/grilled zucchini - (4 carbs)
S: Whip cream (2 carbs)

M1:  toasted whole wheat english muffin; 1 TBSP peanut butter; 1/2 banana
M2:  2 sips of a SB nonfat pumpkin spice latte
M3:  2 pieces of CPK thin crust margherita pizza 
M4:  4 fresh strawberries; 1 slice rf swiss cheese
M5:  1 bite of RoseBud's cheeseburger; Dr. Pepper Icee

L: fresco crunchy taco, 1 nachos supreme, 1lg baja blast
S: 3 cheese crackers
S: 1pc pepperoni pizza, 16oz milk
D: Big mac, fries, sprite

Junk food day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

1/4 mile walking at work. Today was a 16hr work day! I am soooooooooooooooooooo freaking tired.

Breaky (Wanna be Australian):  Isa Lean shake half chocolate half vanilla (new routine) w/ extra protein

Snacky: toasted english muffin at the networking breakfast, coffee

Lunchy: Chocolate IsaLean shake and Greek Salad

Snacky: Plum and handfull of roasted pistaccios (?)

Dinny: IsaLean tomato soup with 1/4 c brown rice tossed in, and extra protein
After dinner treat 1/4 c cheese style yogurt w/teaspoon raw honey YUMMMMMMMMY

MY GOSH protein for this day adds up to 105 grams. Goodness. I just realized that.

We're going to the gym 1st thing tomorrow. THEN I get my hairs cut/dyed. Yes, my haircolor is natural. Says so right on the box!!!!!!
