1 baked, breaded fish filet
Macaroni & cheese
Pear cubes
Peas & carrots
1 cup soy yogurt with Sweet 'N Low
2 cups water

Dinner
Leftover Creamy "chicken" Casserole
whole grain rotini pasta
Strawberries
Squirt Diet pop
