You do suck on the Jillian thing! Jillian is a compleat freakin B*tch! Oh well, Mar, you have plenty of other good points! LOL

I do tend to watch BL, even tho I have called it a train wreck i do hate it at times, but cannot seem to buzz off watching it. Those poor damn peeps for those weigh ins. They just sob, and it wrecks me. I feel like shaking the TV and yelling "losing a half pound is OKAY!"

On the reason why I do watch it, is because so many of these folks have never really tried to do any sort of healthier living, so it is very cool to see them bloom.

Also, it has been confirmation/validatin that a few, women always of course, are VERY weight loss resistant, even under those grueling conditions. That'd be me. working my ass off for not much,..

Jillian is a mega *****!  That's why I love her.  She's a ***** who takes no EXCUSES and makes you face the truth about your situation, and holds you RESPONSIBLE for it.  She makes you own it.  But she also makes you OWN THE SOLUTION for it.

In the midst of all of that pain, she helps you get to the core of what got you obese in the first place, and how to overcome those bad habits and deal with the emotional crap.  How did she coach the first WOMAN BL?  She dealt with her feelings of being emotionally abandoned by her mother and the loneliness that ensued.  How that made her turn to food for companionship.  So you see, it ain't all pain, all the time, it's dealing with your REAL life.

And I must say, when I see them busting ass all week long and gaining weight, it validates what's going on with MY crazee metabolism...then I don't feel so all alone!   

Yeah, I love the *****!

My big thing today?  Did lateral tucks on the stability ball.  I saw my trainer do this with an athlete she works with and I told her how cool it was.  Never thought a few weeks later I would do them, let alone well!

I always admire people with great form on a stability ball.  I work on balance all the time, but I look like a total geek on a ball, damnit!
