B: Coffee w/Half & Half (3 carbs)
S: Atkin's Shake (1 carb)
L: Sausage & Peppers w/Mozzarella (6 carbs)
D: Hamburger w/Cheese and Onion (3 carbs)
S: Whip Cream (3 carbs)

Carbs: 16 carbs

*I bought "Atkin's Essentials" book last night and read through a lot of it.  The whole book is geared towards the first two weeks of Induction.  General rules, do and don't foods, how medication can effect your results, how to work through stalls, what causes stalls, etc.  Great book.  I also bought The Biggest Loser inspiration book.  I need all the help I can get...

**I got on the scale this morning (I shouldn't have - my weigh-in day is Monday only) and I was .8 under what I was yesterday so I think taking the almonds out of my diet and focusing more on the basics was a good idea.

27/34 points

okay guys, I need some help.  I have a hard time using up all my points.  The first day I ended up redoing it (not what is on here) and ate a bag of popcorn for ten points and still came up a few points short.  Yesterday I was I think three points off, and I worked HARD to get that many.  Today I'm WAY under, and I'm even planning on a big dinner and using four points just for salad dressing!

I'm just doing it online this time,, but I've had this trouble before and the leader made me restart fresh to make sure I eat all my points.  I'm having a hard time with this...any suggestions.  34 points is a lot!

Hey Holly
What if you did stuff like - instead of having egg whites, have whole eggs.  One egg equals 1 point each.  For lunch, add some multigrain bread - that's another 4 points.  On the salad dressing, don't skimp -  do full fat.  That will bump up your points.

I had a hard time getting in my points aswell.  Best of luck chicky!!!

I'm just being a scootch about it.  I'm all into accent walls and colors now.  I did the guest bath and it looked so good that I did the kitchen.  That looked so good that I'm doing the living room, foyer and hall.  It's a small house compared to the one I had in Florida.. I thought I'd fly through this.  OH>. I KNOW.. there's so much FREAKING WOODWORK in this place, and I adore it so I'm being extra cautious and doing a lot of taping!  lol

Lori:
Oh I love colors and accent walls.  That's what I plan to do in my house...now if only I could make the time to hire someone....or maybe you can come to Houston sometime.

Well.. I've never been to Houston!
:yells:  OH JON.. I have to go paint Kim's house!!  LOL

I got the fireplace wall a really lusty rust, and the rest of the living room an ice gray.  This is going to be pretty wild.  I get to decorate to my personality instead of trying to CONFORM!  AMEN!  WHEW!  I LOVE not having neighbors and living in the middle of the woods!  No one comes here.. it's such a happy place other than being alone all the time!  :)

One more wall.. then I have a ****load of wood to cut - getting ready for winter!  :)

I know.. it's so selfish of me.. all I've been thinking about is Jessi and yes... it was a relief to see that track change.

Batten down the hatches and be sure you have your supplies!!!  STAY SAFE, KIM and good LAWD if it picks up strength and heads your way.. get OUT!!!!!!!

You can always come watch me cut wood yanno!
