Abstinence?! - 152nd Day

Breakfast
1/2 grapefruit
1 cup Life cereal
1 cup light soy milk
1 cup coffee
2 cups water

Lunch
1 can split pea soup
Country-fried steak with gravy
Rice
Turnips greens
Mandarin orange slices
2 cups water

Binge!!!!
1 small box raisins
1 medium whole wheat pita pocket
6 small whole wheat pita pockets

Dinner
Leftover vegetarian stew on 1 cup brown rice with 1 tsp. margarine
Leftover blueberries
1/2 can vegetable soup
1-1/2 cups light soy milk

Evening Snack
1 Slim A Bear sugar-free, low fat ice cream bar

Don't ask me why I ended up bingeing, I really don't know why!  All I know is, I had three choir rehearsals three nights in a row, and I have two more both tonight and Thursday night in preparation for the High Holy Days.  Even though I get paid $600.00 for the High Holy Days, the constant choir rehearsals are a real pain to me.  I have to drive 45 minutes down to Akron, sing for two hours, then drive back up to Cleveland late at night.

Hi there.  I have often saw your posts and was wondering are you abstaining from sugar and white flour?  If so, how do you find it now?  What results weight-wise?  Keep up the good work. :-)

I am abstaining from compulsive overeating.  Unfortunately, yesterday afternoon, I did not abstain from it, and did overeat.  So my abstinence wasn't very good yesterday.  I do try to keep away from sugar & white flower products, you are correct, but not because I'm allergic or sensitive to them.  I just feel they're alot less nutritious than whole grain products.
