1 cup coffee

Lunch
1 can split pea soup
Country-fried steak with gravy
Rice
Turnips greens
Mandarin orange slices
2 cups water
Binge!!!!
1 small box raisins
1 medium whole wheat pita pocket
6 small whole wheat pita pockets
Dinner
Leftover vegetarian stew on 1 cup brown rice with 1 tsp. margarine
Leftover blueberries
1/2 can vegetable soup
1-1/2 cups light soy milk
Evening Snack
1 Slim A Bear sugar-free, low fat ice cream bar

Don't ask me why I ended up bingeing, I really don't know why! All I know is, I had three choir rehearsals three nights in a row, and I have two more both tonight and Thursday night in preparation for the High Holy Days. Even though I get paid $600.00 for the High Holy Days, the constant choir rehearsals are a real pain to me. I have to drive 45 minutes down to Akron, sing for two hours, then drive back up to Cleveland late at night.
