1-1/2 cups Creamy "Chicken" Casserole (vegetarian recipe)
1 cup whole grain pasta
1/2 can vegetable soup
Strawberries
Crystal Light peach ice tea
Drank at choir rehearsal
1 can of no-calorie, no caffeine pop or lemonade
