1 cup Cheerios/raisin bran cereals
1 cup soy milk
1 cup coffee
2 cups water

Mid morning Snack
2 pieces Italian white bread (eaten at my client's house without her knowing it)

Lunch
4 meatballs
Sewer pipe pasta with tomato sauce
Corn
Peach slices in syrup
1 medium whole wheat pita pocket
1 cup soy yogurt with Sweet 'N Low
2 cups water

Dinner
1-1/2 cups Creamy "Chicken" Casserole (vegetarian recipe)
1 cup whole grain pasta
1/2 can vegetable soup
Strawberries
Crystal Light peach ice tea

Drank at choir rehearsal
1 can of no-calorie, no caffeine pop or lemonade
