1 cup soy milk
1 cup coffee
2 cups water

Lunch
Leftover orange chicken with rice, rice noodles, and steamed vegetables
1 cup soy yogurt with Sweet  'N Low
6 prunes
1-1/2 medium whole wheat pita pocket
2 cups water

Dinner
Rotisserie chicken leg & wing with skin
1 cup mashed potatoes with soy milk & margarine
1/2 cup no sugar added fruit ****tail
1/2 can New England clam chowder
1-1/2 cups soy milk
2 chocolate graham crackers
