Banana cake!  Banana cake!!  That's my most favorite stick, ooey, gooey (especially the entemans with the icing on it) killer face stuffer!  MY MY MY  first Te-kill-ya..  NOW Banana CAKE!

S: 2tbsp marshmalow creme off the brownies I was cutting for Sunday School
L: 1 sm chili, 8oz 2% milk (Wendy's)
D: handful almonds
S: 2tsp dd's homemade tomato soup

Exercise: trying on clothes at Fashion Bug and laundry

OH Bethy.. you remind me that I did go to JCP's today to look for a couple of shirts for Jon.  Unfortunately, all the long sleeves are out and it's still quite hot here.. so that was a no go.  He's got plenty of long sleeves.

I also zipped through the ladie's clothes... YUK, BARF.... grrrrrrr  Everything was so ugly.  I really wish I could go back to the early 80's sometimes..  As long as I had a leather jacket, a pair of lee's and a pair of work boots.. I could go ANYWHERE.   Then again.. that was way back when I had a waist!  LOL

OH.. I also went into Kirklands (home decor).

Sunday!!!

B: Isalean shake, vanilla with extra fiber, protein, and Isagenix greens. YUUUUUM

L: Went to farmers' market, had fresh tamale (not that great) and fresh fruit!!!

D: Gonna keep eating fresh fruit and make a chocolate shake

S: Plan to have fruit, perhaps. ;-)

Also, went to the gym today, baby! Feels good!!!

 You're just a machine, aren't you girl??? WOW. The broccoli does sound very yummy. I always forget that dusting veggies with cheese can be amazing.
