What did you eat today?

HAHha.. my turn!

Ok
b.  1 egg with 1 oz ground sausage

l.  2 deviled egg halves and about an ounce of the leftover steak from last night

d.  2 chicken thighs roasted w/salt and pepper.. nothing else (very good).. and about 1 cup of broccoli sauteed in butter and topped with romano <-- that was good  and I was HUNGRY!

Exercise:  NONE
I finished my accent wall, restained the wood on the fireplace and window sills.  I began taping up the rest of the living room, down the hall.. there's just SO much wood!  (Usually I don't tape but I'm a little weirded out being on a ladder).  What else.. um..  oh.. ironed Jon's clothes for the week, went to Wallyworld for supplies, went to home depot for the gray paint for the living room and just surveyed the gardens to see what's what out there..  and I feel like I've done NOTHING!

OMG Lori!  Just reading what you've done today makes me tired! 
What I've done today:

Exercise:  None

M1:  4 whole wheat pitettes; 1/4 cup jalapeno pimento cheese; cappuccino
M2:  Isopure protein drink
M3:  leftover orange chicken - 3 bite sized pieces; 1/4 cup brown rice
M4:  1 sliver of my daddy's birthday cake - Anyday's a Holiday cake from The Chocolate Bar - layers of yellow cake and chocolate cake with chocolate icing
M5:  Plan to have stewed yellow squash; baked chicken; green beans; baked sweet potato - update:  I didn't eat any chicken 'cuz I'm sick of chicken, I didn't like the sweet potato and I ate a sf banana popsicle.

Slowly walked the budz around the big block this a.m.; will walk them again this evening.

I didn't do crap...  I feel like I've been doing something you shouldn't.. SITTING!

Now.. if my butt was swollen.. do you think I'd be climbing ladders?  lol

S: Blue Diamond Vanilla Almonds (4 carbs)
L: A few mini quiches (got the recipe off Eggface's website) (0 carbs)

D: Hot dogs w/mustard (0 carbs)
S: More Almonds (probably 8 carbs)

Carbs: 17

YO, Lor!

My day:

slept in til 8! Woot, me. Got up slow like, but did eventually get moving.

I moved all furniture, vacuumed, shampooed my carpet. Folded clothes, tidied up the garage (what a freakin mess!) and the office.

Took til about 2:00! then I got me cleaned up, now playing on the puter!

Food was gnawing on an awesome Greek concoction I made up this morning:

baked chicken breast + fresh tomato + raw zuccini + kalmata olives + greek yogurt (full fat) + feta cheese.  I ate this either by the spoonful or on 2 low carb tortillas between 8-2:00.

but....then....i snapped...a little at about 2:30 after my short nap. I ate a piece of banana cake & had nf milk with it.

Then it all made sense - right after my shower, I too a pee...and saw that TOM is here! No wonder I been feeling so crappy today and sweet toothed hunger just spiked outa no place.

I will pull this out of the bag today - I'd still like to take a walk this evening and will eat pork verde, no tortillas, with cheese/olives/greek yogurt.
