Seafood here, too! But ours is lite battered....
My day started out gangbusters food wise, then well, lost some steam:
1.5 hour bike ride, full tilt, up hills
2-egg cream (nf milk/1 tsp rice bran oil/psyllium/coco/2 splenda)
couple hours later: 1 small protein bar
couple hours later: 2 tsp pb on raw bell pepper strips + 1 hi pro cappacino
couple hours later: 1 c chicken strips, baked + zuke crust pizza + tomatoes
At home: DH the Saboteur made fresh salsa. I try, I really do, to stay low carb: I dish up about 1/2-3/4 c cottage cheese, slop on salsa. I even bust out some cheddar cheese, about an ounce.
But soon, i grab 1-2 whole grain chips, then 3-4. up to a large serving. BURP.
I can see that I got waaay too hungry to choose well. fachry-eye, FRESH salsa and chips. I will say I thunk of Mary and how she ate cukes not chocolate during her storm. I swear, it slowed me down. DH is a sneaky thang, but i gotta stick to my plan.
NO BOOZE THOUGH!!!!!
Supper: 2-3servings of lite breaded seafood (scallops/shrimp/pollock) + 1 c cabbage slaw + 4-5 baked fries. Bites of banana cake.

Got the stomach flu..was wondering why nothing just tasted right to me all day. Should have known it wasn't my taste buds changing. :)
B: little bit of left overs from last night...hashbrown, egg, and hamburger mixed
L: handful of walnuts
D: Three bites of flank steak (didn't settle well with tummy), sausage hot dog (of course this would), and small potato with butter and sour cream.
S: soy latte
Janina - I want shrimp and broccoli. I'm allergic to shrimp so it's not an option, but I just wanted to whine.
Yesterday, Sept 5
B: *what else?* IsaLean vanilla shake with a scoop of chocolate because vanilla was running low. It was interesting, and actually good.
S: Chai latte w/non fat milk
L: Egg salad on whole grain (Starbucks)
D: Chocolate IsaLean shake just because I was craving it
S: Raw almonds
WATER WATER WATER all day. I had to laugh because there are so many empty Culligan bottles at our retail store...
