What Have You Done Today to Make You Feel Proud?
Just meat and fat? Oh yeah, I forgot you don't eat seafood or fish. Youse weird!

Oh, ladies. Makin' me blush with all that bob and service talk.
But we're s'posed to say why we're proud today. Other than eating green sausages disguised as cucumbers that have lost their battery charge.
*ah hem*
Today I locked up our appliance store one hour early, raced home, and conducted a conference call for a team of 9,000 international associates in the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Hong Kong.
Unfortunately, when I do host these, my nerves get the better of me and I do most of my study time in the potty.
Fortunately, I'm generally empty by 5:55 pm when the call begins.
I call Wednesdays that I host the team calls my "colon cleanse" days. I figure I flush around 2 pounds of misinformation. HA HA HA HA HA, gosh, I laugh at my own jokes.
Tell Bob the Rabbit says HI!
LOL, y'all are completely nuts. And that is soo good.
This week i am proud that on vacation, I did 1 whole day of induction - that's one thing about Atkins - it fits good with Road Food. The other days i had like 1-3 servings of tortilla or breadlike crap, so not bad.
I drank, yes, but only one night like a fish: rum/diet coke. Vegas was a kick in my pants. We walked like crazy - bigass blocks, even using the city bus was a hike and a half every day. Vegas is NOT for fat/sick people.
Also proud I stuck to my gambling budget: $100 a day ($300 total plus a charitable contribution from DH of $50) and we went into probably 25 casinos. One night on Fremont St (old section of Vegas), I played all night on $10 in 3-4 casinos!
DH came home with $75 bucks and he paid for a bunch of stuff for us. He is the slot winner in our family. I played no tables, which I planned to do, but the ones not crowded were too rich for my blood.

I'm so glad you had a good time and look at that.. you didn't even miss out on your exercise with all of that walking!
yea.. Atkins is definitely road friendly. I've been known to grab a slim jim from a convenience store on the road. I've never had Rum (other than Malibu - which doesn't count as alcohol lol) so I don't know what kind of an effect it might have, if any. I know the Stoli's doesn't do a thing to me. Well.. that's not necessarily accurate in all respects ;) .
Good times - yea.. I hung at a $3 BJ table just once.. lol <-- big time gambler! Was kind of boring by myself. Dealers are not allowed in the pit off shift and of course I couldn't play at any of Geoff's tables, so the only time I tried it is when he was working the pit and I was walking around trying to occupy myself. BORING! That lasted for $50 bucks. I managed to find my way to the poker slots - put my Ipod on.. and had a good time all by myself! LOL
Glad you're back, kiddo!
