L: Beef Bologna w/American cheese roll up's
S: Creme Savers (0 carbs- sooo good)
D: BK Grilled chicken sandwich (no bun) (1 carb for the tomato)
S: Almonds (5 carbs)

*There's cake in the kitchen at my job and I'm staying strong and not giving in.
I want the cake!!!
**Edit: I had a piece of cake but I just chewed it and spit it out. So I'm giving myself 1 carb for whatever was left in my mouth (which wasn't much because I rinsed my mouth out with crystal light)

B1: toasted whole wheat english muffin; 1 TBSP peanut butter
B2: Breakfast for my boss's birthday @ The Breakfast Klub - a really cool soul food breakfast restaurant. I hate breakfast food so I ordered the fruit bowl and ate 3 pieces of strawberry (= 1 whole strawberry), 1 chunk of pineapple and 1 grape; 1 serving of breakfast potatoes with ketchup
L: 2.5 oz. burned chicken; 1 small plain baked potato
S: 1/2 small bag of white cheddar popcorn
S: Pie for boss's birthday - a teeny sliver (1/8" wide) of apple pie and a teeny sliver (1/8" wide) of chocolate pie; 1 child size cup (3 oz) of blue bell
D: 4 whole wheat pitettes; 1/4 cup jalapeno pimento cheese
Walked B&E @ park. I don't plan on ever taking E on a walk again.
GOOD LORD, I ate a lot today. Guess I was pre-planning for not eating anything tomorrow.
