Abstinence - 144th Day
Breakfast
1 banana
1 cup raisin bran
1 cup soy milk
1 cup coffee
2 cups water
In between snack
1 couple very small pieces of cake with icing, sneaked from the Giant Eagle break room
Lunch
1 small can mild vegetarian chili
1 small box raisins
1 cup soy yogurt with Sweet 'N Low
1 pbj sandwich on 15 grain bread
2 cups water
Dinner
Rotisserie chicken leg & wing with skin
1 cup mashed potatoes with soy milk & margarine
Strawberries
1/2 can New England clam chowder
1-1/2 cups soy milk
2 chocolate graham crackers

By the way, I quit working at Giant Eagle today. The night schedule was killing me, and I felt like I was on a treadmill, and the pay was lousy.
