b. 1 fried egg
s. 1 piece of turkey w/1 piece of provolone
l. fried hamburger patty

D.. ahhhhh.. picked on some zucchini for now.. maybe I'll have some black olives later
Edited to add an entire meal I just made and ate!

L: 3 oz. burned chicken; 1 cup lettuce; 1 TBSP italian dressing; 1 piece dove dark chocolate; 1 clementine tangerine
S: 1 carton Voskos greek yogurt w/2 packets splenda
D: 4 pitettes; 1/4 cup jalapeno pimento cheese
Headed to park to walk B&E....1 day and counting.

L: Splurged and got Yakisoba with my daughter. Since I had just done two cleanse days, this lunch was "dismissed" within a couple of hours - good time to read an article on appliances...
S: Raw, organic almonds and 2 tbsp cheese style plain organic yogurt
