S: Atkin's shake (1 carb)
L: Salad w/chicken, and egg (3 carbs)
    Dressing (5 carbs)
D: Pork Chop
    Veggie (4 carbs)
S: Almonds (4 carbs)

Carbs: 20

D.. ahhhhh..  picked on some zucchini for now.. maybe I'll have some black olives later

Edited to add an entire meal I just made and ate!

B:  toasted whole wheat english muffin; 1 TBSP peanut butter; 1/2 banana

L:  3 oz. burned chicken; 1 cup lettuce; 1 TBSP italian dressing; 1 piece dove dark chocolate; 1 clementine tangerine

S:  1 carton Voskos greek yogurt w/2 packets splenda

D:  4 pitettes; 1/4 cup jalapeno pimento cheese

Headed to park to walk B&E....1 day and counting.

L: 1/3c chicken salad w/ 2 tbsp cheese, 15 pringles, 4oz apple sauce, 1oz sharp cheddar
S: 32oz gatorade, 1/2c trail mix
S: serving BBQ chips
D: 6 meatballs w/ marinara and parmesan

S: No snack just tons of water

L: Splurged and got Yakisoba with my daughter. Since I had just done two cleanse days, this lunch was "dismissed" within a couple of hours - good time to read an article on appliances...

S: Raw, organic almonds and 2 tbsp cheese style plain organic yogurt

D: poached salmon, steamed vegetables, one small slice of whole grain bread, freshly baked
