ACK !

I rode my hubby's bicycle on our bike trail this morning, and my @ss is KILLING me!!

I thought I'd try something different than my eliptical machine, and this is definiely different.  Plus, I used an ab roller (the wheel with hanglebars sticking off it) 2 days ago, and my abs are also killing me.  I fee like one huge sore muscle right now...

hehehe, I do too, Lori!  Unfortunately I haven't experienced it in awhile.   My favorite pain is getting my legs waxed.

If you keep at it, the pain in your a$$ will go away because you'll build up muscles in your crotch area that will protect your a$$!

You're so right!  The first few weeks on my lifecycle was hell.  I even tried to tie a pillow to the seat cause my tailbone was trying to poke outta my skin!  LMAO

I would lower myself onto the seat going "oooh.. owww.. oooh.. oh no.. ooh".  Jon wasn't sure what the heck I was doing in here!

I moaned and cried about it, but it was the cry of a determined woman!!  LOL

Yep, been there, done that and it hurts like HELL!!
But like I said, it eventually gets better after those muscles are built...that is until you have PS to remove skin (lower body lift) and NOTHIN' makes the pain go away.  I have to use a donut pillow at my office.  Everytime I sit for long periods of time and then stand up, I curse like a sailor.  I've learned to do it in my head though.

Sorry to get OT here...  buttttttttttt (you knew there'd be a but)

I don't have the skin thing going on.  I still have 32 lbs to go to hit my original goal though.  I had a tummy tuck after a c-section when I had Jess.. . and I'm amazed that after 100 lbs, there's nothing hanging yet.  Boobs are a different story however.  I made the mistake at the time to also get a breast reduction.. so now I'm president of the itty bitty tittee committee!  The back end is coming out much better than I had anticipated.  I'm getting squishy under my arms, but I always hated working lower tri's and bi's.. now I'm workin' 'em.. so we'll see.

Lori:
I didn't have tons of excess skin but I did have some and my bootay was huge and gross and dimply!  Mostly the skin bothered me 'cuz it kept me from winning a body fat loss contest at the gym.  The guy measuring me kept telling me I blew everyone away...if only I didn't have excess skin (he measured with calipers).  So after that, I knew that no matter what I did in the gym, I'd never get to where I wanted to be without surgery.
My boobs were a disaster! I've never had kids but they looked like a bushwoman's boobs who'd had ten babies!  And then once I started I got carried away so I had everything but my face done but I'm done 4EVER after my next round, which is this week and I cannot wait.

YOU, my dear, have ONE MAJOR SET!  Lemme tell ya... there's not enough morphine in the WORLD to get me back on that table!  There wasn't enough morphine the first time!  You had to see my chicken **** self almost jump off the table IN the O.R.  for a knee surgery until they realized they were putting me out or I was limpin' outta there! LOLOL   I'm SUCH a chicken!!  Yea.. feathers and all.. bok bok bok bok bok.. ut uh.  Hell.. I have no one to impress anymore anyway.  The tummy tuck was all vanity.. I wanted to wear a bikini on the beach.  Well.. now I sunbathe nekkid in my own yard...  settling myself to never again having a man in my life, so if it hangs... so be it.  It's not that I don't care... I do,  but I'm like a 70 year old woman in a 45 year old woman.  GAME OVER yanno.

I'm the queen of ambiguity too... so who knows!

All I gotta say is GOD BLESS YOU WOMAN.  Where does all of this strength come from?  (Why has none of it come MY way?) LOL

Girl you have way more strength than I do.  PS is easy these days - they give you morphine pain pump and then implant a little pump that you take home that delivers meds DIRECTLY to the site where they did the surgery - really almost NO pain to speak of.   The difficult part for me is my endless search for perfection, knowing that it's not possible in a body that I abused for years.  It's very difficult for me to just "settle".  :::sigh:::
Oh I'm so envious....I LOVE to sunbathe naked and as soon as I can, I will. (can't expose my scars to sun until a year out).
BTW, game ain't over 'til the lights are out, gf!
