B: none
L: cup of broccoli cheese soup, 2c french fries with ketchup, 2oz pork tenderloin
S: 1 serving doritos (160 cal), 1 plum, 6 animal crackers
D: 1C homemade chili

Exercise: 1m walk, 5m stationary bike

Oh Man...  broccoli cheese soup!!  That was one of my absolute FAVORITES!  (I'm always so jealous of your menu).

B.  breakfast beef patty

l.  2 eggs and a breakfast beef patty

d.  Ok.. I don't know the exact quantity..  I made a salad with 1/2 head of iceburg, 2 tomatoes, 2 boiled eggs, 6 pieces of bacon and mayo.  I had about 1/3 of that.

Exercise:  well... not really.  I didn't go to the gym, but I was painting and doing laundry and cleaning and went grocery shopping.... then went out and got on the rider mower for fun....... so I wasn't sitting down ALL day.    Well.. maybe the rider mower was the best thing...  even though I had to stop to pick my boobs up off the lawn a few times, it's certainly shaken up the whoosh in me!  I know TMI  - but I gotta get my kicks somewhere!

Well, deary, I'm getting ready to go drop my boobs on the lawna  few times, too. LOL Grass needs cut soooooo bad. I wi**** would quit growing already.

As far as my menu goes, some days are better than others. I have really been trying to cut carbs but I just can't live without all carbs so I choose soup and french fries (still an ugh food) over candy, bread, pasta and chips. It works for me so far. You have got some major will power there gf being able to cut away carbs the way you have. I read your other post today and TOTALLY related and even felt saddened for you because I know what an absolute struggle this has been for you. Stay strong and by all means if you want something that bad, take a bite or two and give the rest away. I think you will fell better for having done it but that is only my two cents, ya know?

BTW, wtg to go on the decision to see a nephrologist. I think you will find your answers. Keep us updated, sister. We love you and we care about you.

B:  yogurt with raspberries and string cheese

L:  pita bread with splenda and cinnamon

D:  chicken jalepeno sausages x2, and something?? lol not sure yet.

Yumm, broccoli cheese soup and french fries sounds divine!

Exercise:  None

B:  1 cup sf vanilla pudding made with high protein ff milk; 2 whole wheat pitettes w/2 squares of cheese

L:  Lunch w/a friend at Pappadeaux Seafood restaurant for her birthday - 1 SwampThang drink (I don't know what it had in it but it was slushy and sweet and gave me a buzz); Asian chicken salad - lettuce, blanched asparagus, grilled chicken, ginger dressing on the side; 2 hunks of fresh sourdough bread

D:  Still full from lunch; will probably have some cheese and crackers or soup later

Headed to the park to walk B&E as soon as it quits raining.  3 days and counting.........

L: 2 Oh Yeah! wafer bars (12 carbs)
D: Lamb Pattie w/salad w/thousand island dressing (6 carbs)
S: Almonds (3 carbs)

Carbs: 22 carbs - a little over but no biggie.
