What did you eat today? 08/29
B: 1 sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit, 1 sm bottle OJ
S: 1 fruit and yogurt parfait at McD's
L: southwest grilled chicken ceasar salad w/ about 2-3tsp honey mustard dressing, 1/2 real lime fruit slush
D: greek salad (the whole thing) w/ about 3-4tsp dressing, 1/2 roll, 4 crackers, 3tsp real butter, broth from chicken noodle soup plus one bite noodles, 2 bites of my hubby's hashbrowns and 2oz meat from my hubby's BBQ ribs (yummyyyyyyyy)....I was sooooo hungry after all week of hardly eating due to lack of appetite.
Exercise: 1/4m walk at work

Late afternoon snack/meal: 1 egg w/1 serving of oscar meyer shaved ham
Will probably have eggs later: I'm just outta everything and I've been painting since I got home from the gym.... in no mood to go grocery shopping.
OH gawd.. gotta dig up something to make for Jon blahhhhhhhh
Exercise: 45 minutes of cardio and 1 hour of back/lats/shoulders
Edited to explain dinner: I JUST finished a few moments ago from the work I'm doing around the house. Jon offered to take me out to dinner, but I asked him to pick something up and bring it home instead... i'm just beat and I need a shower.. lol He's getting burgers with no buns, broccoli and some wings done plain.

S: small bag of white cheddar popcorn; teeny tangerine
L: 2.5 oz. baked chicken; 1 cup lettuce; 1 TBSP italian dressing
S: tangerine
D: 4 whole wheat pitettes; 1/4 cup jalapeno pimento cheese; handful of baked Ruffles w/dip
Walked the budz and E @ the park.

D: Chicken linguine with sauce, and salad bar......We went to a nice restaurant and since I've been craving pasta I ordered this. I thought it would be like chicken alfredo but it tasted nothing like it. It was a HUGE plate. I took a few bites, and after realizing it did not taste that great I decided to bring it all home to my daughter. I told my husband it was not worth the calories (it had to be fattening, just looking at it made me hungry) since I did not like it.That was my proud moment of the day. Usually I would have just ate it anyways.
