Work update:
I have to say this is only my third day on the job and it's kicking my ass..lol at 4 1/2 hours a day! I am SO out of shape!! I was asked today how long I have been working with food. My response was I haven't touched food except in my own kitchen for MORE than twenty years. I've worked only in office environments since I was 16!! So this is a BIG change for me....extremely different. I actually hate it, but I know I have to do it until I find another job. But in the mean while I'm really curious if this is going to help me out with losing weight. It's got too, I'm exhausted!haha My sisters laughing at me cause all she has ever done is physical labor, and here I'm asking my husband to rub my toes and daughter to put lotion on them..haha.
S: serving pistachios
L: 1/4c chicken salad, 2tbsp cheese, 10 buffalo doritos
D: serving special k vanilla almond cereal, 1c skim milk, 8 chocolate/vanilla swirl marshmallows (200)
S: 1 bottle life water (100)
Exercise: 1/2 mile walking at work....my bus is in the VERY back of the lot and I walk to and from my bus about 2-3 times a day.

L: 3 oz. baked chicken; 1 cup lettuce; 11 croutons; 1 TBSP italian dressing
S: 1 oz. rf Cabot cheese; 9 fresh strawberries
D: 2 pieces thin crust margherita pizza
Headed to the park to walk the budz and Eileen....7 days and counting.
