  Kimmie, I loves you too, SisterFriend!  You so sweet.

That's funny, I've always just associated "What Have You Done Today to Make You Feel Proud?" with the Biggest Loser, I sing it sometimes to put me in the mood to workout.  But "Proud Mary" is one of my absolute favorite songs.  Now if I could just do as much cardio as Tina Turner did when she was singing it, for an hour, I'd be a skinny minnie!

Well, they used to be gams of steel before the thigh lift.  After that they were gams 'o jello.  But they're getting there...one half squat and kick at a time.

You got some pretty nice gams yasself!

Hey Holly, thanks!  It's  2:30 in the morning here and I am currently eating leftover steak and lobster with angel hair pasta.

We had reservations at the Blue Bayou Grille and the Caesar salad was so damn good, I couldn't eat my real food!  This restaurant has huge windows overlooking Bay St Louis and we watched the pelicans fish.  That was fun!

Uh oh, I'm getting full!  Gotta go,

Oh Sherrie, that steak and lobster WAS good!  But Caesar salad is my favorite and the one last night was the bomb!  I'm gonna start chilling my lettuce.  Perfecto!
