S: Atkin's shake (1 carb)
L: 1 low carb wrap w/ham & chicken (3 carbs)
S: Cheese (no carb cheddar)
D: Roasted chicken w/string beans (4 carbs)
S: Low carb Nut clusters (3 carbs)

Total: 13 carbs

Go Janina... Go Janina.....   OMG.. you're so good with your induction carbs!  Welcome to the "ketone breath" club.. lol   (ps.. parsley works well) ;)

b.  2 deviled egg halves with regular mayo (less than 1 carb)
2 cups coffee with splenda and heavy cream  (2 carbs for the splenda.. 2 for the coffee)  4

L.  2 deviled egg halves with regular mayo (less than 1)
1 cup coffee done the same way (2 carb)

s.  1 serving of Oscar Meyer shaved turkey (1 carb)

d.  4 oz of rib eye steak fried in 1 pat of butter 

I MIGHT have another deviled egg half or two if I get hungry later. 
(trying not to have more coffee but if this jones continues I might have to do some caffeine for the headache)

So far.... four 16 oz bottles of water

Exercise:  ok.. just a little more than what I planned.  45 min of cardio AT my target heart rate (tyvm)  1 hour of chest & tri's (supersets) <-- nice sweat

You know what's helping me from going insane? Sugar free Lifesavers in Sorbet flavor, and Werther's sugar free hard candies.  Just having 1 is enough to make me shut my sugar-fiend up.  And I bought these things on Netrition.com - NOW Nut clusters in Almond.  Sooo good and only 3 carbs per serving.

You're doing awesome with your carbs as well, Missy.  Keep it up!!

      Morning Star sausage
S:  HB egg
L:  4 oz turkey breast
      grape tomatoes (4)
      Baby bella cheese
S:  Slim Fast LC shake
      grape tomatoes (3)
D:  4 oz. grilled sirloin steak
      1 cup steamed broccoli
      spaghetti squash, tomato, mozzerella cheese combo
S:  1/2 cup cottage cheese

B:  toasted whole wheat english muffin; 1 TBSP peanut butter; 1/2 banana

S:  4 fresh strawberries; 6 almonds

L:  4 oz. baked chicken breast; 1 small plain baked potato

S:  4 fresh strawberries; 1 oz. Cabot cheese

D:  2 pitettes; 1/8 cup jalapeno pimento cheese

Walked B&E @ park; 9 days and counting.......

B: IsaLean shake with IsaFruits, extra fiber, and tablespoon of olive oil

S: None! Too busy at our store

L: Crazy - just some chicken from a roasted chicken hubby brought to store

D: Amy's Organic chili with some steamed corn mixed in, on top of crock pot chicken. Topped this with a little shredded cheese (a rare treat)

I think I had my 100 oz of water today (well, yesterday) - sure was in the potty enough

I had a majorly hungry day yesterday. Again.  I did "okay"

1 hour wog before work

1 egg whipped with cottage cheese fried in butter on low carb wrap (3 carbs)

4 oz beef teriyaki + 1 c veggies in soy based sauce

1 chicken jerky thing - yum black bean/cheddar

1 weight lifter bar - 240 cals/15g carb)

1.5 svg hi pro pretzels (14 carbs)

1 egg w/ cottage cheese whipped in + 2 banana peppers

1 svg tortilla chips with 1/2 c salsa (20g carbs)

3-4 oz slow cooked beef, grilled + 1 c fried potatoes + 1/2 c butter fried corn/jalapenos (50 carbs)
