Go Janina... Go Janina..... OMG.. you're so good with your induction carbs! Welcome to the "ketone breath" club.. lol (ps.. parsley works well) ;)
b. 2 deviled egg halves with regular mayo (less than 1 carb)
2 cups coffee with splenda and heavy cream (2 carbs for the splenda.. 2 for the coffee) 4
L. 2 deviled egg halves with regular mayo (less than 1)
1 cup coffee done the same way (2 carb)
s. 1 serving of Oscar Meyer shaved turkey (1 carb)
d. 4 oz of rib eye steak fried in 1 pat of butter
I MIGHT have another deviled egg half or two if I get hungry later.
(trying not to have more coffee but if this jones continues I might have to do some caffeine for the headache)
So far.... four 16 oz bottles of water
Exercise: ok.. just a little more than what I planned. 45 min of cardio AT my target heart rate (tyvm) 1 hour of chest & tri's (supersets) <-- nice sweat

You know what's helping me from going insane? Sugar free Lifesavers in Sorbet flavor, and Werther's sugar free hard candies. Just having 1 is enough to make me shut my sugar-fiend up. And I bought these things on Netrition.com - NOW Nut clusters in Almond. Sooo good and only 3 carbs per serving.

1.5 svg hi pro pretzels (14 carbs)
1 egg w/ cottage cheese whipped in + 2 banana peppers
1 svg tortilla chips with 1/2 c salsa (20g carbs)
3-4 oz slow cooked beef, grilled + 1 c fried potatoes + 1/2 c butter fried corn/jalapenos (50 carbs)
