Abstinence - 136th Day
Breakfast
1 orange
1 cup hot oatmeal
1 cup soy milk
1 cup coffee
2 cups water
Mid-morning "snack"
1 slice Italian white bread, eaten on the sly at my client's house
(in other words, I broke my abstinence - bummer!)
Lunch
4 meatballs
Rigatoni with tomato sauce
Green beans
Pear cubes
2 whole grain bagels
1 cup soy yogurt with Sweet 'N Low
2 cups water
Dinner
Rotisserie chicken leg & wing with skin
1 cup mashed potatoes with soy milk & margarine; 1/2 can light fruit ****tail; 1/2 can New England clam chowder; 1-1/2 cups soy milk; 1 Slim A Bear no sugar, low fat ice cream bar
