B: Coffee w/Half & Half (2 carbs)
S: Shake (1 carb)
L: Salad w/Avacado & Bacon & Cheese (2 carbs)
   Creamy Ceasar (3 carbs)
S: Cheese (No carbs in Land o Lakes Cheddar)
D: Brautwarst barbequed (2 carbs)
S: Whip Cream (2 carbs)

Total: 12 carbs

*Confession: I had 1 Mike & Ike last night.  Probably 1 carb.  I had to confess because my best friend made me.

*Oh... And it's been 1 week as of today and I'm down 7 pounds.

WTG Janina! You work it girl!

B: 1 pop tart
L: Chinese buffet (95% meat, 5% wants)...one plate plus 6-7 bites of various deserts
S: 10 pistachios
D: 1c greek salad (spinach, black olives, feta, tomato, drizzle vinagrette), 1-2oz baked chicken breast

Exercise: 1/4 m at work

b.  1 egg, 1 oz ground sausage, 1 tbsp shredded cheddar

l.  3 oz chicken thigh  (eating yesterday's leftovers)

s.  3 oz chicken thigh

d.  6 oz roasted cornish game hen, 3 broccoli florets sprinkled with romano.  (cut the hen in half and weighed after cooking and without the bone).

Tomorrow I'm back on 3 cups of coffee per day.. for today I must have had 4 cups and I'm having another one in a few minutes (then cutting myself off).

Drank four 16oz bottles of water so far.. probably will drink another before bed and take one to bed with me.

B:  toasted whole wheat english muffin; 1 TBSP peanut butter; 1/2 banana

S:  1 oz. rf cabot cheese; 5 fresh strawberries - yum!

S:  tall nonfat iced mocha

L:  VERY late lunch - 3 oz. baked chicken breast; 1 cup lettuce; 1 TBSP italian dressing; 7 croutons

D:  4 whole wheat pitettes; 1/4 cup jalapeno pimento cheese; 10 baked Ruffles chips

Headed to the park to walk B&E.  Hey Neecee - E should be GONE in 10 days....I'm counting down the days.

7 lubs!!!!!!!!!   omg, i got to get off it and try to do me some atkins.

My day:

15 minutes floor work (bad sleep night again)

1 egg cream

1 banana

2 wasa crackers with high pro pb/wheat germ stuff, broke this to 2 snacks, morning & afternoon

1 hb egg + 1/4 c cottage cheese

L:  1/2 c chicken/seeds in soy sauce + 2 banana peppers

Supper:  1.5 c measured leftover pasta with sausage + 1 large salad with italina dressing
