Full bar??
So in my lazy stuper yesterday of vegging on the couch doing nothing bu****ching tv, I saw a commercial for Full Bar. It was created by a bariatric surgeon to help you have the same sensations you do from the surgery when you eat. I was wondering if any of you have seen it or tried it? It looks to me to be like it could be dangerous, but I am not the expert.
On a different note. I have been 5 days smoke free. I have, however, eaten everything under the sun!! After consuming more chocolate on Saturday night that I have ever in a month's time and stepping on the scale and being 15 pounds heavier. Seeing that 200 pounds AGAIN, made me realize that I need to STOP!!! So I decided to kick start it back in with WW.
I realized that I need to have something to hold me accountable to get back in the routine of things. So for the next couple of weeks I will be attached to my WW calculator and get back in the swing of things!!!! Thank you to all for your encouraging words and helping me kick myself in the a** to get off the couch!!!
I know that they say you have to plan on gaining weight when you quit smoking but 15 pounds? Dayum! Get thee to WW Sister!
Good Luck,
Mary
