Can somebody enlighten me?
Why is it... when I'm hardcore on my eating program.. I'm religiously eating clean. I exercise every day, I'm a good.. good girl, I lose nothing or gain for several weeks at a time.
BUT... I go camping, I eat like total crap, I drank way too much, we went to the fair... I ate a bread bowl full of chowder, some corn fritters with honey butter, a turkey leg and some birthday cake.. and I show a SIX POUND loss???

The downside is that if this keeps up, be afraid...weight loss for no reason can be a diabetes indicator. Just keep that in mind if it keeps up.
All i can say is once in a while, when we take the complete focus off food, we do lots better than is expected. Camping can make me stay level (like you I drink like WC fields out there and of course, eat camp food), due to all the hiking, swimming, etc.
