What did you eat today? 08/24
Hi neen!!!
My day: 1.5 hours weeding/clipping
1 egg cream: 1 c buttermilk + 2 tsp coco pdr + 2 pkts splenda + 1 egg + 1 tsp cinn = 2 tsp psyllium
2.5 hour bike ride. Hotter n a mofo, but i took lots o frests and drank lots of water
3 oz turkey patty + 1 ounce swiss on a low carb tortilla with some jap sauce on it
Supper: white bean ham soup, 2 c with hot peppers. I make this with a buttload of veggies: onions, celery, carrots
True Confessions: last night, I ate like 2 c pasta with sausage sauce and one small slice bread w/butter. Then I had 1/8 lemon pie with tall merengue on it.

B: 4 Carr's crackers; 4 squares lf cheese
S: 10 baked Ruffles chips
L: frozen CPK thin crust margherita pizza for one
S: 5 fresh strawberries - YUM!!; 1 bite of sf chocolate pudding made with high protein milk - EEWWWW!! Prompty poured that crap down the drain.
D: Edited: I changed my mind after reading Neecee's dinner; 1 cup kosher (no ham) white bean soup; 5 fresh strawberries
Headed to the park to walk skanky budz & E.

D: Will be a second shake as I feel like I need some extra protein and a rest from traditional foods, plus I'm super busy and it takes 30 seconds...
I got brave today and put a scoop of FiberPro in my latest 20 oz water bottle. I may be studying in the small private room today... ha ha ha
We require about 25gm of fiber daily to be healthy, many sources say (I'm sure some will disagree as they often do) Men require even more. Are you getting enough? I find that a scoop of fiber in a 20 oz bottle of water really makes me UNhungry.

S: 1 chicken thigh (no crust)
S: 1.5 oz colby cheese, 1 thin slice cantaloupe
Exercise: 1/4 mile walk around campground
S: 20 pistachios
