B: none, got up late
L: 1/2 cheeseburger, 1/2 tomato slice, 2 pickle slices, 1/2 onion slice, 1/2 leaf lettuce, 1/2c cottage cheese
S: 10 red grapes
S: sugar free drumstic**** cream
S: 25 pistachios, 1 pear from our tree...yummy
L D: 5-6oz bbq pork chop, 1 bbq cheddar brat, 2c salad w/ house dressing

2 Smirnoff Ice

Exercise: 5m sta bike

B: five baked crackers

L: organic pb with apple slices, Odwalla superfood drink

D: baked potato with soy cheese, and turkey bacon, and big salad

Technically I had two tylenol and water for breakfast with an itty bitty beer headache at 5:30. But I will count the egg cream i made at about 10:45 as official.

at 3:00, ate 4 ounce turkey patty with cheese, tomatoes, cottage cheese.

Tonight:  spaghetti from garden tomatoes.  We grew Marzano paste tomatoes...omg, thick gorgeous sauce. I bought fresh soinach pasta, and i will have perhape a little of that with my vast amount of sausage + sauce + parmesano cheese.

I did bad, so bad...

Exercise:  None

B: KK choc cream filled doughnut (x's 3), 1% milk
L:  2 bowls cookie crisp w/ 1% milk
S:  mt dew
D:  Ham's- French dip sub w/ floppy chips (ate 1/2 sub & 1/4 chips), 1/4 yummy spinach dip w/ pita chips, sprite
S:  Starbucks Caramel Frap w/ xtra caramel & cream

I had a lazy day and had a sweet tooth like crazy, so my goal of no chocolate & dew had a temp time out.  I usually love Kk, but just made me feel blah & I went back to sleep til noon.  On my only positive note, we went to an event this afternoon where I turned down all offers of free alcohol (brought my own frap, sorry!) & didn't go to party afterwards that we were invited to so I wouldn't drink and add on 1000 more calories.  Tomorrow is another day,

B:  toasted whole wheat english muffin; 1 TBSP peanut butter; 1/2 banana

S:  None - took a nap

L:  4 pitettes; 1/4 cup jalapeno pimento cheese

S:  1 oz. rf cabot cheese

D:  Went to a 50th birthday party at Maggiano's.  I thought I hated their food but the food was actually good; all served family style - 1 glass of merlot; 1 piece bread; 1/2 cup caesar salad (dressing was already on salad when it came to the table); 1 small new potato; 3 bites chicken piccata; 1 cheese ravioli; 1/2 of a large meatball; 1/2 cup pasta with red sauce; 1 bite of birthday cake

Walked B&E around the 'hood after I got home from party.
