What did you eat today? 08/22
L: 1/2 grecian salad w/ light drizzle of dressing, 1/2 roll w/ICBINB and dipped lightly in alfredo sauce, 1/2c broth from chicken noodle soup and about 4tbsp noodles
S: 1/2 of my leftover salad, gave the other half to Mom
D: 1.5 salmon patties, 2tbsp cheesy mashed potatoes, 1tbsp corn in butter
S: 1 sm twist cone from DQ
Exercise: 6 miles on sta. bike (39 min)

S: 1 laughing cow light cheese wedge; 4 Carr's crackers
S: 1 cutie tangerine
L: (very late in the day) medium-sized plain baked potato; 1 oz. rf cheese
D: 1 cup minestrone soup

We went to the State Fair today. OMG right now I feel sick as a dog, I can't even sleep. I never dreamed I can't eat with the best of them. Well today showed me I can't, and I didn't even eat as much as some. Ok..not to be proud of course. Just amazed me on how I can't handle certain foods any more. I REALLY feel ill right now.
Rest of day:
Large soy sf latte
ice coffee
seafood bread bowl (I shared with my daughter, and there wasn't much soup in it unforttanely...and threw away more than 75 percent of bowl)
cream cheese elephant ear...very large, ate one half of it.
fried zucchini (two long pieces)
big mac and a little bit of fries ( i ate about one quarter of the fries and then I realized I was sicker than a dog from food).
Who's idea was it that the fair is to eat food?!?! He needs to be shot...lol while hanging over the toilet bowl. ....ughh not fun
My day:
20 minutes wog...about passed out. had to stop. Blood pressure?

L: way late: 2 pork buns, steamed. 2 lettuce cups w/ chicken chinese flavored stuff.
mini candy bars - 3 each, 1/2 ounce blueberry cake
Supper: not much, way too much beer, 2 shots tequila, 1 chicken sandwich

S: Slim Fast LC shake
L: soup (minestrone...picked out macaroni) and salad at Olive Garden (2 bowls salad)
no breadsticks
S: 5 slices LF pepperoni
1 baby bella cheese
D: 4 oz grilled pork tenderloin
1/2 cup broccoli slaw
1/2 cup peas
2Tbsp barbeque beans (had to taste)
S: at ballpark with grandkids
2 mini chocolate chip cookies, 5 peanuts in shell, 1 fun sized 3 Musketeers
