What did you eat today? 08/21
B: Atkin's Shake (1 carb)
Half & Half in my coffee (4 carbs)
L: Shreaded chicken thighs (0 carbs)
S: 2 string cheese (2 carbs)
D: Two Low Carb wraps in a pizza fashion (8 carbs)
S: Sugar free lifesavers (2 carbs)
Total: 17 carbs
Two things:
* I'm still smelling chocolate chip cookies all damn day long.
** I lost 5 pounds in 3 days (2 pounds below my lowest) and if you look at my ticker, I'm 20 bmi points below my highest.
My weight was lowest at 285 but I had gained 3 pounds somehow. I weighed myself this morning and I was 283. As much as this diet restricts your food (and it's a little on the hard side because of it) - it works like a charm.
Today............. I did so far.
b. 2 fried eggs and 2 slices of bacon
L. 2 hardboiled eggs with three slices of tomato w/olive oil and oregano
D. Not sure. I'm defrosting thick pork chops but I don't want that - so I took out a couple of chicken thighs to defrost. Guess I'll figure it out later.
Exercise: Only 30 ninutes on the treadmill with my heartrate low. I keep kicking up the exercise thinking that'll help me lose weight but I'm getting too conditioned.
I'm at 220 today and it breaks my heart to know that I was at 208 last week.. but there's nothing I can do but keep trying.
Edited cause I changed my mind! LOL I made the chops for Jon.. put the chicken in the fridge... and I made myself a nice romaine salad with a sprinkle of feta cheese, romano, 2 slices of turkey and a teaspoon of marie's blue cheese dressing <-- and it was freakin' GOOD!
NEVERMIND... ended up pigging out... don't know why.... boredom? But I did it.... hopefully I'll fall asleep soon so I stop eating!

2 slices turkey bacon
S: Slim Fast LC shake
L: grilled chicken sandwich (minus bun) with lettuce, tomato, bacon, mushrooms, mozzerella
1/2 cup coleslaw
S: Baby bella cheese
D: pork tenderloin grilled
1/2 cup peas
broccoli slaw
S: probably 1/2 cup cottage cheese
S: 1/2 apple
L: 1/2 chicken chef salad, 1pc garlic toast, 4 club crackers
D: 2serv healthy request chicken noodle soup (220 cal)
Exercise: 1/4 mile walking to my bus at work, 5 miles (30 min) stationary bike working arms and legs.
Weigh in at TOPS tonight. I lost 3.25 pounds this week but still not at my lowest of 316. I am at 318 right now. So close to 299 I can taste it so I am going to work very hard at getting back to basics and more exercise. This weight has got to go!

L: CPK frozen margherita pizza for one w/tons of crushed red pepper
S: 1 cutie tangerine; 1 oz rf cabot cheese
D: 4 pitettes; 1/4 cup jalapeno pimento cheese; 2 vicodin; a few sips of leftover nonfat iced mocha
Will walk B&E @ park when it stops raining BUCKETS!
