B: blueberry pancake...I caved, it's the kids first day back at school and I made them breakfast (doesn't happen often!)
L: soy latte, fiber one bar, handful of eight grain chips...was on the go all day
D: stir fry with meat, asparagus, cabbage, and snow peas

D: frozen CPK margherita pizza for one; 3 fresh strawberries
Will walk B&E @ park later. Stopped by SBux on the way home from the park and had a few sips of a nonfat venti iced mocha.
2nd D: 4 Carr's crackers; 4 squares rf cheese; headache finally gone...hope it doesn't come back.

B: 2 cups mini wheats w/ 1% skim milk, 2 waters
L: Ham, turkey, & swiss on white wheat bread, low fat strawberry yogur****er
D: 2 sweet potatoes w/ brown sugar, chips & dip, water, then 1/2 Sprite

2 slices sesame Ezekiel toast
1 tsp. butter
S: Slim Fast LC shake
L: 4 oz. grilled chicken tenders
1 cup steamed broccoli
6 grape tomatoes
S: 1 cup 1% cottage cheese with splenda, almond extract, cinnamon
D: 4 oz. salmon
1/2 cup peas
1 fresh tomato sliced
1 ear corn with spray butter
S: slice watermelon
Carb Up day and chose fruits and starchy veggies over pasta....been craving them
Exercise: 1/2 mile of Leslie Sansone tape (tried it with my knee)
1/2 mile walk with SO after dinner
3 chicken wings
1 hamburger patty w/1 slice of cheese on it and 1 slice of tomato
1 or 2 broccoli florets
2 fried eggs w/ 1/2 serving of shaved ham and a slice of provolone
1/2 sugar free ice pop
1 piece of turkey rolled w/1 slice of provolone
Exercise: only 50 minutes of cardio. Trying to back it up to see if this makes a difference.
edited to add that I'm craving tomato w/cheese and mayo.... so I may end up doing that
