Completely OT - Convection ovens???

My only experience with a convection oven is a friend who ruined a perfectly wonderful tenderloin....dry as can be! I didn't even have a clue it was a tenderloin, until he told me.
I've always coveted a double oven too, but never had one.

Everybody said it best - cooks faster and more of a dry heat, so most foods come out crispy yet moist in the middle.
Baked goods are fantastic - usually bakeries have convections, so that is why their stuff tastes good.
Congrats...I am jealous! DH & I went the cheapo route with our appliances when we built this house, and we are sorry now.
