Completely OT - Convection ovens???

What type of work do you do?   Since we are business owners, we are members of Chamber of Commerce, so we are constantly "in the know" about what folks are looking for.

My only experience with a convection oven is a friend who ruined a perfectly wonderful tenderloin....dry as can be!  I didn't even have a clue it was a tenderloin, until he told me.

I've always coveted a double oven too, but never had one.

He WUVS YOU! Those are the shizzy -dizzle of the cooking world!

Everybody said it best - cooks faster and more of a dry heat, so most foods come out crispy yet moist in the middle.

Baked goods are fantastic - usually bakeries have convections, so that is why their stuff tastes good.

Congrats...I am jealous! DH & I went the cheapo route with our appliances when we built this house, and we are sorry now.
