Abstinence - 130th Day

I stopped logging because my computer went down again, and I couldn't get onto AOL internet.  My friend suggested that I switch to AT&T DSL Yahoo, so I did, and here I am!

Breakfast
1 banana
1 cup Cheerios
1 cup soy milk
1 cup coffee
2 cups water

Mid-afternoon snack
2 Slimfast muffin bars

Lunch
1 small salisbury steak
Au gratin potatoes
Green beans
Fruit ****tail
2 medium whole wheat pita pockets
1 cup soy yogurt with Sweet 'N Low
2 cups water

Dinner
Rotisserie chicken leg & wing with skin
1 cup mashed potatoes with soy milk & margarine
1/2 can light fruit ****tail
1/2 can New England clam chowder
1-1/2 cups soy milk
2 chocolate graham crackers

Well thanks for sharing about your computer being down.  I thought maybe you had gone off the wagon.  Man was I happy to see that 130!
