What did you eat today? 08/19
I made an omelet with 3 eggs, green peppers, 1 serving of shaved ham and cheese and I ate about 1/3 of that (the rest for Jon's breakfast).
I had 2 slices of turkey rolled up in 2 slices of provolone
a cup of shredded romaine w/3.5 oz of turkey, a little feta, blue cheese dressing (tsp) and a sprinkle of romano.
Dinner..w ell.. if I can avoid it I will, but Jon wants steak tonight so I have a couple of ribeyes. I don't know how I could resis
Work out sucked big time. I did a 30 minute warm up.. then about 40 minutes into weights I gave up. I don't want to work out anymore. Andrew thinks I'm overtrained and that's why I'm not losing.... but it doesn't explain the GAIN!

Is someone torturing you, Janina? Smelling chocolate chip cookies all day would drive me insane.

B: toasted whole wheat english muffin; 1 TBSP peanut butter
S: 4 carr's crackers; 1 wedge of light laughing cow cheese
L: Lunch at Luby's Cafeteria - 4 oz. thin beef thingamajig with cheese (and bacon but I don't eat pork so I tossed it); 10 pieces of fried okra; 1 TBSP ketchup; 2 large spears of steamed broccoli
S: 1 cutie tangerine
D: Probably 2 pain pills and nothing else.
Will walk the budz and E @ the park later on.

L: 1. c kale + 1 hi pro tom soup + 1.5 svg snack mix
3pm: 1/2 c full fat yougurt + 2 tbsp hi pro pdr + 1 banana
tonight: ETA: 1 c measured! ch****n helper + 1 ounce hard cheese + 1/2 c sweet potato salad (omg - good with lime juice and olive oil dressing and hot peppers) + 2 bites cantalope + 1/4 c pomegranate juice out of the bottle
My day:

2 slices sesame Ezekiel bread toasted with SF jelly
L: Slim Fast LC shake
2 WW string cheese
S: Baby Bella cheese
D: salad with mixed field greens, roasted red peppers, grilled eggplant, artichoke hearts, goat cheese and grilled chicken (fabulous restaurant, fabulous salad)
1 slice Italian bread dipped in EVOO and spices
Weird day....spent 5 hours with Mom at MD's and never really got lunch
