So now what?
I called and asked again for clarification and I feel like I still got answers clear as mud.
Nothing that will get my adrenaline flowing (e.g. endorphin release... guess that rules out sex! LOL)
I'm going to stick with my supplements and I'm going to do my weights and just lower my cardio down several notches and go from there. If I continue to feel like I'm going to die after my workouts (I thought I was just working out good... turns out, it's a prime symptom of adrenal gland distress... WHO KNEW) then I'll scale it back a little.
I've thought about this and I'm really tried of my weight and my freaking thyroid system (adrenals evidently are part of that system.... I learn something new everyday) ruling my life. I'm boycotting and doing my own thing, to an extent.
