B: 1 serving hot oat bran
1 Tbsp. SF jelly
2 slices turkey bacon
S: 2 baby bella cheese
L: 4 oz. turkey breast
salad with romaine, O&V dressing
S: 1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese
1 Tbsp SF jelly, almond extract, cinnamon
10 almonds
D: grilled chicken breast
steamed broccoli
sliced tomato
S: SF jello
Exercise: 1 hour of water walking
2 eggs with 1/2 serving of shaved ham (200 for the eggs and about 20 for the ham)
2 slices of roast beast w/1 slice of provolone on each (about 300 cal)
2 slices of turkey with 1 slice of yellow american on each (about 300 cal)
3 colossal black olives
I dunno.. up to about 1000 calories I guess
Exercise: 1 hour cardio at the gym and several hours of moving furniture and carpet cleaning at home.... whatever

Exercise: NONE!! I talked to my PS about exercising but my crazy a$$ed self had him revise rosebud so NO exercise for at least 2 more weeks but rosebud is perfect now (and hurts like hell). OMG, I perfection.
B: toasted whole wheat english muffin; 1 TBSP peanut butter; one bite of an overripe banana....eeewwww!
S: 1 oz. cabot rf cheese; 1 cutie tangerine
L: 3 oz. grilled chicken w/sauteed onions and salsa (leftover from Saturday night's dinner); 5 fresh strawberries

D: 2 pain pills and I plan to have 3 oz. cornflake baked chicken (made like fried chicken but with cornflakes and baked - I buy it from a food service that specializes in healthy food for bodybuilders - it is YUMMY); 1 TBSP ketchup; Salad - lettuce, bleu cheese crumbles; 1 TBSP vinaigrette

Exercise: about an hour playing in pool with kids at mama's house, too full for gym
B: Microwaved sweet potato w/ 1/2 tsp butter & brown sugar, water
L: Hibachi chicken w/ zuchuni, carrots, broccoli, & brown rice w/ 2 packs soy, water
D: Chicken Bubbas (mama & stepdad's cooking-yummmm) 1 grilled chick tender, grilled bacon wrapped shrimp, grilled summer squash, 2 servings big boy peas, 2 servings fresh corn, 2 big glasses water- I'm wobbling now from all the good veggies
Another day with no mt dew, but I had a major migraine today at work, probably from no caffiene.
Today:
1 hour wog - real intervals, too!
1 egg cream (half&half, nf milk, egg, cocoa, splenda, cinnamon)
1/2 cliff bar hi pro bar
1.5 svg hi pro snack mix + 1 c hi pro tomato soup
1/3 bar 70% cocoa bar
2 tsp pb on rice cake + 1 hi pro hot cocoa + 1/3 c full fat yogurt
Supper: 1 c measured chili + 1x2 piece cornbread with butter
ETA: at 10:30 pm, no sleepy yet, ate 1 ounce jerky, then 1/4 c granola with 1/2 c milk, nf

Came home car sick and threw up most of supper. Other than that it was a beautiful day. I loved every minute of it and so did that kids esepcially when their Aunt talked about their grandma and grandpa whom they've never met and pulled out the old pics (black and white posed pics 1920-40's). They love family history.
