S: 4 rainbow chips ahoy cookies, 1 fruit drink (4oz)
L: 3c spaghetti with homemade sauce..yummo!
D: 2 more cups of spaghetti..hubby made enough for 20 people I do believe. It was even better with hot sauce.
S: 1c cottage cheese, 4 jalapeno poppers (cream cheese), 12oz Mt. Dew
Exercise: Walking through Wally World, 5 miles on my stationary bike....Yeah me! I got back on!!!
CARB OVERLOAD DAY!

Light Housework, 2 hours.
1/2 c crustless broccoli quiche + 1 small garden tomato + 1/2 c nf milk + 1 c melon
2.5 hour bike ride, moderate pace
stopped for a green tea at Starbucks.
Just now: 4 ounce grilled burger + 2 lettuce leafs + 2 tsp lite mayo + 1 small garden tomato + 1/4 avocado
Tonight: beef-stuffed bell peppers, cottage cheese on the side. Probably a pudding parfait - DD & family coming over tonight.
ETA: had 1/4 c stuffed peppers, 2 bites cottage cheese + 1 small BLT + 1/4 c sweet potato salad + few baked onion rings + 2 c cantalope blended w ice cream.

B/L: Moose Cafe: ....2 biscuits w/ apple butter, small ham & cheese omelet, 4 bites gravy, 2 bites grits, small orange juice, water
S: samples of goat cheese at FM, love this stuff
D: Sandwich on white wheat bread w/ 1 slice of turkey, ham, & baby swiss w/ dijon mustard, 5 baked lays chips w/ fat free ranch dip. First time I've tried the baked, yucky! DD likes them.
S: 5 small low fat wheat crackers w/ fig & honey goat cheese spread (fresh from goat dairy farm- sooooo good & all natural). 2 cups 1% milk. I had a sweet tooth & this cured it.
I did really bad with carbs today, but I didn't have any mt dew so maybe they crossed each other out. Tomorrow I'm back at the gym & we're grilling shrimp, so maybe a better day.

Sacha left today after lunch. I took him to Jax Grill again and he had chicken, ff and gravy, of course. I didn't eat anything there, not even one ff.
Exercise: None - back to the PS tomorrow and I plan to BEG him to let me workout 'cuz I only have two more weeks before my next surgery
B: protein shake made w/high protein milk....who knew they made high protein milk? Now if they can just figure out a way to make high protein chips (that taste like regular chips)!
S: 1 bag of 100 calorie white cheddar popcorn; 2 fresh strawberries
L: 1 piece of thin crust margherita pizza; 2 fresh strawberries
S: None - I took a nap instead
D: 4 whole wheat pitettes; 1/4 cup jalapeno pimento cheese
Will walk the budz and E when it cools off a bit. I may have a sf popsicle later on.
