Another victory...I resisted the burgers, fries, onion rings and nachos again today - not even 1 french fry!
Exercise: None
B: leftover lunch from yesterday - 3 oz. grilled chicken; 3 green beans; 2 hunks of zucchini; 1/4 cup rice
S: 5 fresh strawberries; 1 oz. rf cabot cheese
L: California Salad, hold the avocados - lettuce; rice noodles; green, red, yellow bellpepper; 4 oz. grilled chicken; 1 TBSP sesame dressing
S: 1 bag of 100 calorie white cheddar popcorn
D: Sacha wants to eat at Pico's Mexican restaurant - I plan to order chicken fajitas - will eat 1 tortilla, chicken, rice, black beans, grilled onions and salsa; I plan to NOT eat any chips 'cuz once I get started, I can't stop.
Headed to the park to walk Eileen and the budz before dinner.

I made Jon an omelet w/eggs, ground sausage and shaved ham. I had about 1/4 of that.
3 slices of roast beast rolled with a slice of yellow american in each and 1 slice of tomato in each
1 pickle (1 carb)
2 eggs w/1 sausage patty... a pinch of cheddar and low carb ketchup
NO EXERCISE today.. I MISSED the gym so I could wash curtains and carpets and move all the furniture for cleaning and vacuuming.... and laundry.... and a major spring cleaning (although it's August) that will have to be continued tomorrow. Maybe it's just time for bed. :(
Edited to add a late supper. Went out and had filet mignon, ceasars salad, chicken wings and ONE PIECE OF BREAD. :( IZ OK... BEEN A YEAR since i had a piece of bread.

Late D: 3c salad (bib lettuce, 3pcs salami, 1pc american, 1/2 sm cuke, 1 very sm purple bell pepper, 2/3 lg yellow mater, 3tsp house dressing) gave about 1c to my daughter
S: sm pkg peanut m&m's, cotton candy, 4pcs Ande's chocolate, 1/2 handful (about 8pcs) parade candy
Exercise: walked about 1/4 mile
I should have limited or eliminated the items in red and upped my exercise.

Kimberly, I could resist a lot of things but chips & homemade salsa I cannot. You got willpower girl!
Exercise: 2 hrs of cardio/ strength training with instructor. I am so sore dh had to rub icy hot on my legs, back, & neck. I worked muscles I didn't know I had, I despise that ab cruncher machine, I only could do 4!
B/L combo: 3 small pancakes w/ 1 pack syrup, 2 strips bacon, 1/2 egg (ds wanted), cup oj

D: Outback: BBQ chicken breast, 2 bbq ribs, 1/2 ear corn, fresh buttered french green beans, 2 coconut shrimps w/ marmalade dip (all this one plate) & small pc brown bread w/ butter, water

Yesterday SUCKED :(
I had a mental breakdown of sorts.... for some reason, I got on the scale. WHY, I don't know and it completely destroyed me. When you work your butt off for two weeks, you'd like to see something... but definitely not a gain. I swear my body hates me. I'm also nursing some pretty significant knee pain (both knees are probably double their size... which could explain the gain.. just in fluids... but my emotional brain didn't understand that at the time). So needless to say, I spent a lot of the day in tears... stupid in hind sight.
My meals, were horrible.

L: Wendy's chili & baked potato
S: 100 calorie pack pop corn & a pria bar
D: (at the stock car races) 1.5 soft pretzels with cheese (ate mine and what my daughter didn't finish) couple handfuls of grapes
Late night dinner on way home : bean buritto from Taco bell
Calories: 2468!!! Carbs: 410!! (I know there must be some atkins folks having convulsions right now) Fat 57 Protein 98
