Hey Neecee:
Tell me about the hi pro pretzels.  What brand?  Where do you get them?

I have the 3D store here in my town, but here is a weblink:  www.carbessentials.net

I stick to Protidiet brand - has less if any soy protein in it. nearly always whey based protein. I love wasabi and jalapeno mustard! rings my spicy bell.

You can see the hot cocoa mix I use plus the soups. This type of food has come a long way.

It's expensive, which is why I call it the Yuppie Diet.

Well so far the yuppie plan is the only one that really sticks to me.  I went to the store that I went to get my stuff years ago and its no longer there.  I've been considering buying it all online, just not sure yet.  I might myself look into this website since you go there, since I know it's safe.  I hate buying stuff like this on the web if the companies not big and known.  LOL which I don't know many big names since I live in Alaska and all of this is almost null unless you pay out of your pockets and ears.

If you are at home, you can do this type of eating lots more cheaply...eat lean meats, eggs, lower fat dairy every few hours.  Like I say, i don't eat zero grains, but i eat very small portions (ideally, you know i have my moments)

What works for me to be consistent is that the food is with me wherever I am.

B:  2 eggs (out of Egg Beaters) with 1/4 cup ground hamburg, sprinkle shredded cheddar
S:  none...wasnt hungry
L:  4 oz. lean ground beef, 1/2 cup kidney beans, 1/2 cup salsa, 1oz LF mozzerella nuked
      1 tomato from garden
S:  Slim Fast LC shake
D:  had the urge for a burger (off program), we jumped in the convertible and took off for our favorite burger joint about an hour away and had one with swiss and grilled onions and 1/2 order onion rings
was also in the mood for ice cream (also off program) and made a special trip to the store for some but was led astray by the fresh cherries and came home and had a bowl of those instead.  (could have had the cherries legally tomorrow anyway)

Amazingly, not feeling guilty....in the realm of things didn't do a whole lot of damage....and will put together two low carb days for the weekend to compensate.
