Exercise: None
B: toasted whole wheat english muffin; 1 TBSP peanut butter; 1/2 banana
S: None - at the airport picking up Sacha
L: Lunch with Sacha @ Jax Grill - ate about half of my meal - 3 oz. grilled chicken, a pile of steamed veggies and 4 bites of rice
(plan to eat the leftovers for breakfast tomorrow)
S: 1 bag of 100 calorie white cheddar popcorn, 1 square of toasted coconut dark chocolate
D: Dinner @ Jax Grill with Sacha - plan to eat grilled chicken salad w/vinaigrette dressing on the side
Will take Sacha to walk the budz and Eileen at the park later this evening.

1 egg and whatever Jon leftover from his breakfast.. like 1/2 piece of ham
1 egg and 2 slices of shaved ham
same thing again
yellow squash, onion, tomato, zucchini, green pepper and slices of chicken in olive oil, oregano & basil topped with romano. Had a little bit of that.
Went back for TWO more eggs! (I must be having an egg jones today)
and for dessert - a nice cup of coffee with whipped heavy cream in it, sugar free french vanilla and splenda.. <-- this is hellaciously good!
exercise: 1.5 hours of cardio and 1 hour of weight training (legs and butt).
I go through spurts with them. Normally though I eat 2 or 3 eggs a day.
Eggs are nice. :)
I like 'em scrambled
poached (but not anymore because there's no bread)
over easy on a burger
fried through
over medium
deviled
just the whites
hard boiled and chopped in salads
sliced with slices of tomato and sprinkled with olive oil and basil

I actually went to the Y and sweat on purpose, which I haven't done in a while
Exercise: 90 straight minutes- step bike thing, left lifts, foot press, thigh press, treadmill
B: leftovers from yesterday- 2 bites chicken, 3 pcs broccoli, 3 tsp calliflower, 20oz Mt Dew
L: nothing, busy day at work
D: Tbell- beef/potato burrito & chicken/rice/bean burrito, 1/2 cup mt dew
45 minute wog b4 work
1/10th quiche with all the pie crust scraped off + fresh fruit (blueberries, melon, strawberries mostly)
1 bag hi pro pretzels
1/2 high pro bar
Right now: 2 diet pepsi/rums, more to come. truth in reporting later
Supper: DH famous chicken fried steak + oven potatoes with fresh thyme + sliced garden home growed dermaders.
