OT: I'm ...so...

I'm soooo...tired....of....looking...for ...a ...job!!!!! UGHH!!! I wonder why we all just don't video tape ourself and answer a bunch of stupid interview questions and maybe a little bit about our self and just have a copy of it on hand. It would be soooo much easier sending that thing off then go to interviews all day long to find out you didn't get the damn thing. I'm so tired of this. It's really getting too me. Think I'm passed that stage. I'm to the point theres no more tears, now I'm laughing..hahahahahahaha. My god this is causing me to lose it. lol I NEED A FRIGGIN JOB!! ARGHHHHHHHH! okay..I feel better now, had to get that out.

Yea, I'm just losing it a bit.  It's so tough out there right now!!!!  I have applied at almost every admin position in this town.  I'm even considering doing a CNA on the job training program just so I can have a guaranteed job! I actually have that interview in the morning.  Not sure I even want it, but it would be work.  Thing is they would "own" me for two years.  Don't like that idea.  But I Keep waiting for someone to knock on my door demanding my life or something.lol  This is so frustrating.  Told my cuz the other day I might be sleepin' on his street corner in Seattle here soon.hehe

So what if they own you?  It's like DH says, he prostitutes himself out every day he goes to work and then gets a paycheck. 

Think of it as slavery with a paycheck!

Oh no..you must not know me that well.  I'm like a free bird that's stuck in a block of ice here in Alaska.haha  If I ever get an opportunity to get out of here within the next two years...I'm OUTTA HERE!!!  

Plus..tonight I was making dinner.  I bent down and couldn't hardly get up because of something is wrong with my knee.  Then my stove flamed really high tonight..scared the crud out of me..and I jumped back.  In that little jump I must of moved my arm back a bit and I was in pain for a few minutes.  I couldn't move it for a while.  I think I might have done something to my rotary cuff a while back, everyt ime I move it back it gives me a really sharp pain.  I keep waiting for it to heal, but so far it hasn't!

So my health sucks..there's no way I'll be able to do transfers, etc.  Oh well...the pay isn't that great anyway.  I'll keep chuggin' the chug and looking every miserable day.lol 

Geeze girl, if you have all of that going on, why are you going to the interview?

No wonder you can't find a job.  ALASKA?    Doesn't everything come to a halt when it all freezes over?

I'm from the deep deep deep South.  If I lived in Alaska I'd be skinny as a rail from trying to keep warm.

If you are good with kids, we are ALWAYS hiring!!!  It's very part time, but it pays 25 bucks to start for each 1 hour class :)

also... I've got a TON of connections on the slope :)   My old boss is desperate for document techs up there... 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off.... MASSIVE cash :)

I don't have an experience with kids...except with the four I got! :)  As for a slope job...dh wouldn't allow it.  Plus I would miss him and my kids too much.  My ex works up there too, so with my luck it would be right around his area.haha  Hubby wouldn't like that idea at ALL.  Ya can get good money up there though, that is for sure.  that is if you have the connections to get on!  Guess I just need to continue with my search.  I was planning on getting out of town this weekend for a break.  I tried last weekend but it didn't work.  This rain won't go away though so dh doesn't want to go. :(  We've had such a crappy summer!!  Dh just told me he read that it suppose to be like this for the next ten years....joy!
