I just ate and still feel empty???
Girl, you've been around the block enough to know what kind of hunger this is. If you're truly hungry, eat some pure protein. If you're dehydrated, drink water. If it's in your head, call your shrink for a good laugh, and if it's boredom...get out of the house!
I say eat something healthy before you go off of the deep end!

Are you still feeling icky from the pills? I just talked to my mom about them. She said that she felt better once in a while, but then it would come back in full force. She said it definitely helped her, that is until she stopped the pill. She only took it for only about a month though.
Per doctors orders...drink a BIG glass of water and wait twenty minutes to see if your still hungry. :) Or better yet...work out! Dang this telling people what to do is soooo much easier than doing it!! :D hehe
DUH... :slapping self in head: I didn't even think of the stupid pills. I took the evening dose about an hour ago. Wow.. weird.. ate more broccoli and as I type, I feel hungry.
I'm still getting the heachache and I feel very anxious. I'm up to 2 mg a day and this is one of the few times in my life I look at a pill and say "UGH". The other times were antibiotics and I settled that by only taking them to get out of serious discomfort! LOL I still feel like I'm chain smoking, but normally I'd be into my third pack by now and I've only done about a pack and a half so far.
If I wasn't feeling so lazy, working out would be the perfect solution but I already put in 2.5 hours today at the gym and I'm showered and clean... yanno? LOL 7:30... maybe I'll hit some tylenol and try to sleep.
BRAVO BRAVO!!!!! You've already decreased a LOT!! GOOD FOR YOU!!!! Bet that makes ya feel good while you inhale before putting that nasty ol' pill up to your mouth.
I'm curious if since it's making you have more of a nervous feeling, if that is attributing to you having the munchies??? Just a thought..
It could be... maybe I'm mistaking that shakey feeling in my stomache for hunger. I dunno. I know I was eating to settle it for several days but staying on plan... just.. too much. I found myself sticking my finger in the cream cheese and reaching for an extra piece of cheese... stuff like that. I've taken the work out up a couple of notches to try to compensate. I guess the anxiety explains the breaking out in tears for no reason one minute, and the next minute feeling like I want to kick something.. but feeling hungry wasn't something I expected.
Ok.. this time I'm going to my room! So far.. almost 2 packs.. but the night has just begun! I'll be up 5 or 6 times with a butt through the night!
I wouldn't put it past it. I know when I get any kind of queasy or irritable stomach I try to "sooth" it with food. At least this way you are aware of it, so you can keep an eye on it. Ya already know it was bound to happen with your decreasing the cigs.
