B:  toasted whole wheat english muffin; 1 TBSP peanut butter; 1/2 banana

S:  cutie tangerine; 1 oz. cabot rf cheese

L:  3 oz. baked chicken; yellow squash - cooked w/salt, pepper, onion; 8 fresh strawberries

S:  cutie tangerine

D:  1 oz. rf cabot cheese and a killer headache

As usual, walked the budz.

L: 2sausage patty sandwich on wg bread w/ mayo and tomato, 2c salad w/ 1/2c cheese, 2tbsp bacon bits, 1/2 lg tomato, and 1tbsp house dressing, the other half of the tomato and 2 pcs watermelon (about 2c)....I was HUNGRY!
S: 1/2 pineapple soda
D: 1.5c shepherd's pie, 1/2c fried caramel apples, 1/2 onion and cucumber salad

D: Nasty park food at a concert!!! ICK!!! Cheeseburger on white bun (gag), sm serving potato salad, sm serving baked beans (Thank God we no longer eat like this)

S: One piece of daughter's mandarine chicken

*Wednesdays are my BNI meeting days so I am forced to eat "traditional" breakfasts. This time I was smart and had a digestive enzyme capsule so it digested much better
