B: 1 cup steel cut oats with chopped apple & raisin
L: Chef salad (removed cheese) with 3 or 4 fork dips of blue cheese dressing
S: Nectarine and a few peperoni slices
D: Chicken spagetti, sliced cucumbers, green salad with lemon juice
S: Probably another piece of fruit
1523 total calories.
Looking back, I really need to avoid the pepperoni. It was over 400 calories... but I was starving and it was there. I need to plan better for tomorrow.

2 pieces pizza + biggass salad with bleu cheese

S: about half of a Starbucks mocha banana protein shake w/a shot of espresso - tasted GROSS
Walked the budz at the park. RoseBud, the dog, was BEYOND stubborn and obstinate...and after an exhausting day, no less....sigh
