B:  1 cup steel cut oats with chopped apple & raisin
L:  Chef salad (removed cheese) with 3 or 4 fork dips of blue cheese dressing
S:  Nectarine and a few peperoni slices
D:  Chicken spagetti, sliced cucumbers, green salad with lemon juice
S:  Probably another piece of fruit

1523 total calories.

Looking back, I really need to avoid the pepperoni.  It was over 400 calories... but I was starving and it was there.   I need to plan better for tomorrow.

Atkins cannot hurt.  I noticed you do not eat a lot of veggies/fruits, so in your case, in general, it seems that it's only bread/pasta you are foregoing.

Hey, try it.

My day:

45 minute wog before work

1 cappacino hi pro drink

1 banana

L:  1 c hi pro soup + 1 c spinach + pb on a tamari brown rice cake

1 sq dark 70% chocolate

2 pieces pizza + biggass salad with bleu cheese

Exercise:  None

B:  toasted whole wheat english muffin; 1 TBSP peanut butter; 1/2 banana

S:  1 oz. rf cabot cheese

L:  Small baked potato w/3 oz baked chicken, 1 tsp ranch dressing, 1/2 oz. rf cheese

S:  about half of a Starbucks mocha banana protein shake w/a shot of espresso - tasted GROSS 

Walked the budz at the park.  RoseBud, the dog, was BEYOND stubborn and obstinate...and after an exhausting day, no less....sigh

D:  too exhausted to even think about eating

You have to know I LOL every time you say walking the budz.  When you said "RoseBud, the dog got stubborn" , I sprayed water out of my mouth all over this damn keyboard.....
