Proud that I'm actually starting on week 3 of my new plan and STILL STICKING TO IT!!  That has to be some kind of record for me.....been years since I've been 100% on anything food wise.  Traveled to and from KY, have eaten out several times in the last two weeks and feel good about the whole thing.

Now if I could just get my butt in gear and get to the Y, I could REALLY be proud of myself!  My next big challenge.

Don't be too hard on yourself, you'll get back to your workout routine soon. Mouse On Wheel

Proud that I can do outdoorsy type stuff.  This weekend I hung out with peers (ages 50-60)...and Though yes i am amongst the younger, I was self reliant, strong, eager and willing to do more!

Mary, i do think it is a gift to love exercise. So, it really is not *me* per se, I know plenty of people who truly deeply hate to be outside and move and groove. I am grateful, eternally that this is a gift I got to get. And i know i work hard.

Proud also that my food choices did not go on vacation. I stuck to a plan each day.

I'm jealous that your endorphins work and that you love what you do to keep your body in motion!

I love being outside in my yard and working in my gardens, but only in the shade! Wakka Wakka

Bless your heart, the first day back is brutal...going through the sugar withdrawals.  I always warn people that it ain't gonna be perty!Mean

ThinkingA chunk?  Is that a measurement...like in England they call it a stone?

I'm proud that I worked out today for the first time in I don't know how long!   I actually lasted 30 minutes on the incline treadmill and even got it up to 21% incline for a bit.

Good to hear that you got your tailfeathers in motion. Treadmill It's a little rough at first, but the results make it all worth it...at least that's what I tell masself!
