Lunch: Chicken breast
Carrots
Watermelon

Dinner: Chicken Noodles Homemade

B: apple slices, flax, tiny box of raisins, banana slices, with little amount of walnuts, with cinnamon. Half way cooked.

L: hummus with celery...

D: eze noodle with tomato, mushrooms, peppers, kidney beans,  and blended salad.

L: serving pistachios, 1/4c wendy's chili w/cheese
Regular pepsi
S: 2 100 cal ritz snack mix
S: small hot ham and cheese from hardees
D: Quick lasagna (noodles, homemade tomato sauce, cottage cheese, shredded cheese, turkey meatballs) I would love to say one cup but truth is I will probably give in and have more like 2 cups. We'll see.

Exercise: I fully intend to ride my stationary bike today.

Hmm.. what DIDN'T I eat..

1 egg w/1 sausage patty

1 piece of turkey w/1 piece of provolone rolled up
another one about an hour later

2 eggs w/2stea**** w/cheese on it

and.. the KILLER Is...  2 .25 c servings of sugar free/fat free banana pudding which is loaded with carbs.

Exercise:  1 hour on the treadmill and 1 hour on the eliptical

      2 slices turkey bacon
      2 slices Ezekial bread with 1 tsp butter
      1 tsp RS ketchup
S:  17 slices turkey pepperoni
L:  chicken salad sandwich on Ezekial bread
      sliced tomatoes and cucumbers (out of our garden)
S:  Slim Fast low carb shake
D:  stir fry with pork, broccoli, yellow squash, zuchinni, water chestnuts, green peppers, onions, mushrooms
S:  really full right now but may have SF jello when the grandkids have their hot fudge sundaes later (they're spending the night)

Still not released to exercise; primary reason the PS gave me is that he doesn't want me to sweat....um, I wonder how one can manage to NOT sweat when it's 100 degrees outside?!

Exercise:  None

B:  toasted whole wheat english muffin; 1 TBSP peanut butter; 1/2 banana

S:  1 oz. cabot rf cheese; 1 cutie tangerine

L:  Salad - lettuce, 2 oz. grilled chicken; a few black beans; 1 TBSP vinaigrette dressing

S:  1 cupcake - actually 1/3 of 3 different cupcakes - coconut, chocolate, hummingbird

D:  3 oz. baked chicken; 1 cup yellow squash cooked w/onion, salt and pepper

Headed to the park to walk the budz later.

My day:  no exercise! LOL

1 lemonade hi pro drink with psyllium

1 small hi pr bar

L:  1 c hi pro soup + 1.5 svgs hi pro pretzels + 4 banana peppers out of the garden

S:  2 squares dark chocolate

Supper:  1 cheddar dog on wheat bun + cukes in vinegar + bunches of tomatoes from the garden + baked beans
