I hope everyone had a great weekend! I went to Galveston to see Tuna Does Vegas...you have to live in TX (or the south) to appreciate the humor - it was a scream!
Exercise: None
B: 4 pitettes; 1/4 cup jalapeno pimento cheese
S: None (was driving down to Galveston)
L: Lunch at Gaido's seafood restaurant w/a friend. I HATE seafood so I had a cup of poblano soup; 1 piece of bread; Salad - lettuce, 4 croutons, 1 sliver of cheese; a few pecans; 1 TBSP pecan vinaigrette dressing. My friend wanted crab and they said they ran out of crab yesterday so I asked the waitress why they couldn't go catch some? (we could see the ocean out the window)!
S: 1 piece of homemade red velvet cake. A belated bday cake that is FABULOUS but I do not need it so I had one piece and I'm taking the rest of the cake over to my parents.
D: 1 cup of white cheddar popcorn; 6 fresh strawberries.
Headed to the park to walk the budz then to drop off the red velvet cake.
B: oatmeal with whey protein, almonds, flax, and blueberries. Think it was a lil too much on my stomach, it actually talked for over two hours! My husband and I were amazed on how vocal a stomach could be for so long.hehe
L: soy latte, pita bread with cinnamon and a splenda
D: 2 chicken jalapeno sausages, salad, and asparagus
S: pint of Ben & Jerry's cake batter ice cream.....*shrugs and finds a place to hide*
7:00 a.m. B: 2 eggs OE + 1/2 biscuit with white gravy + 2 small sausage patties + 1/2 c potatoes + 1 12 oz glass 2% milk
Walking around the Treehouse compound in Cave Junction Oregon! Guys, check this out: treehouses, like fairies might live in - long suspension bridges between each house. Freakin cool. Google will take you there.
Shopping at many yard sales, a burl store where I got an $800 dollar burl chair for 350. Spent some stipend money I got.
Long drive home!
Like 3 p.m.: 6 inch sub, baked chips, apple slices
7:30 p.m. grilled ribs + 1 piece corn + 1/2 c mac/cheese + garden tomato + 1/2 c peach cobbler.
