B: 4 pitettes; 1/4 cup jalapeno pimento cheese
S: None
L: Lunch w/my mama @ Dacapo's Bakery - bowl of italian chicken noodle soup; hunk of pepper herb bread
S: 1" x 1" brownie square (didn't taste very good...I think I just don't like brownies from a mix)
D: Shared half a bag of white cheddar popcorn with RoseBud; 5 fresh strawberries.
Will head to the park this evening to walk the budz. Planning to meet up with a friend later.

B: "The Usual" awesomeness in a glass whey protein shake, vanilla, with powdered green vegetable phytonutrient powder (whew!), which I call a Shamrock shake.

L: 1/2 serving of NEW whey protein/mineral tomato soup mix and meal replacement bar
S: No
D: Chopped raw broccoli, tomotoes, cucumber, cabbage, red bell pepper, and mixed baby greens, garbanzo beans on top, with organic ranch dressing
Chicken thigh cooked in hot air only, with seasoning
Will be taking a walk with my preggers daughter shortly.
PS: Lots and lots of water today! Oh, and one naughty cup of coffee

WAY OVERATE TODAY!
Snack: 2c fresh mixed fruit, 1/2 serving pistachios
Brunch: 1 grands biscuit with fruit spread, 3 grands biscuits and sausage gravy made with whole milk
D: Chinese buffet: 1c egg drop soup w/ crunchy noodles, 4pcs honey chicken, 6 peel 'n eat shrimp w/ 1tbsp ****tail sauce, 1tbsp pepper shrimp, 2 thin slices watermelon, 6 green beans, 1 crab rangoon w/ sauce, 1/2 bbq rib, 2 tbsp seafood salad, 2oz pork, 1/2**** cream, fortune cookie...a little of a lot for the most part.
I love most chinese food so I eat alot of different items but try to limit the amount and go for seconds on those things I really love.
S: 1 red plum, 1 skor bar
