Abstinence? - 120th Day

Breakfast
1 banana
1 whole grain English muffin with melted margarine
1/2 cup scrambled egg substitute
1 cup soy milk
1 cup hazelnut coffee
2 cups water

Afternoon Snack (this is because I woke up too late and didn't have time for lunch before my CPR class from 12:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.)
4 Oreo-type cookies
Diet Coca Cola

Lunch
Cheese omelet
2 turkey sausage patties
1 potato wedge
Apricot halves
1 sprouted wheat bun with melted margarine
2 cups water

Dinner
1 foot long Subway sandwich with deli meat, veggies, light mayo on honey oat bread
1 small bag multi-grain chips
1 large cup Hi-C fruit punch
Popcorn
1 bag M&Ms Peanut candies
2 cups water

Sorry I fell off the wagon for today.  I'll do better tomorrow.  Nobody's perfect.
