The egg cream...made it this morning..and got to thinking..what do i do now?? Probably silly I know..

So after mixing everything..and putting in blender..what do you do afterwards??

Hey Stacey, unfortunately, Neecee has abandoned the likes of us to go have fun in Oregon.  Hmmph!

Anyway, she won't be bac****il tomorrow, so hold on to your egg until then.

HI Stace!  Yup, Mary's right...went off gallavanting.

But to answer you...you drink it up! That's right, after it is well-blended, you drink it on the spot.

If you worry about salmonella on eggs, there is little chance especially if the eggs are refrigerated, not cracked. I do not use cracked eggs. 

And if you are still chicken to drink it, buy pasteurized whole eggs!

Ok it sounded great!! But I can not drink raw eggs..I'd gag!!! If making brownies or cake or something that eggs have to go in..I don't lick the spoon or anything..just grosses me out!!! So it sounded good if i didnt have to drink it while the egg was raw! I'm to chicken!!
