What have you done today to make you feel proud?

I'm posting for "proud" Mary tonight 'cuz she's in Louisiana dealing with lawyers and going out to eat.  Sounds like fun to me, especially the lawyer part - it's what I get to do everyday at work.
So what are YOU proud of today?
I have high standards for myself and others and I'm proud that I don't compromise my standards.  Don't ever settle for anything but what YOU consider to be the best!

Today I'm proud that I'm married to the most wonderful man in the world. I got new reading glasses (first glasses I've ever had). I had them on last night while reading and he flipped out. Needless to say we were busy the next hour or so (wink..wink..) and told me he's gonna buy me more diet books to read.hehe

Now he has worked three hours over time and still planning on coming home and sweeping me away from the this place and take me on a five hour drive  just so I can see the ocean for the weekend.

He's so sweet, I'm thankful I have him.

Your hubby must like the librarian look....work it girl!

Today I'm proud I stuck to my diet and worked out for two hours enough though i was sooooooo tired after work. And that I tried on a pair of size 18 jeans and they are loose!!!!! (when 3 weeks ago I couldn't hold my  breathe long enough to wear them lol

A two hour workout...and after work, no less...and loose jeans, too?!  WOW, that's impressive!  Girl, you've got it goin' on!  Keep up the good work!

I'm proud I got my grocery and back-to-school shopping done. I also resisted the urge to go get fast food while we were out. Instead, I came home and ate some pistachios.

I'm proud I didn't kill the lawyer and that everything is finally settled.  We went out last night and had so much fun and listened to a great band and danced, so I feel totally revived, now.

Now I've been thinking on those high standards of yours and it has me wondering something.  If your standards are so high...watcha doing with ME for a friend!!!

Oh it sounds like you had a blast!  The only thing that would have made it more fun was killin' the lawyer.
