B: 1/2 biscuit, gravy, 1tsp fried egg, 1/2pc ww toast, 2pcs bacon, 1sausage patty, 1c american fries, 16oz milk

S: 1oz cheese, 1lg peach
D: 2pcs deluxe pizza, 2pcs sausage/pepperoni pizza (frozen kind)
S: serving pistachios
Exercise: 1.5hrs swimming for fun, walking in Wally World and Aldi's and sacking and putting groceries away.

Today is the first day I upped the Chantix to 1mg, and to be honest, I feel a little weird.. hungry, but funny feeling in stomache- weird.
Anyway... I had a portion of egg beaters w/1/2 of the ham steak I made for Jon
L. 1 cup of eggbeaters
tasted a piece of the meat I made for Jon w/peppers and onions
I had a taste to have a couple of slices of turkey on a plate with american cheese tomato and mayo
Exercise: 1 hour warmup on the treadmill and 1 hour of andrew on weights
Edited to add a couple of late night servings of sugar free, fat free chocolate pudding. I haven't tasted chocolate in a long, long time.

D: Not sure yet. We're thinking of getting out of town since we're getting rid of the kids this weekend. Just trying to decide if we can afford it and figuring out if it's going to be too cold. I really would like to get to Homer one last time this summer though. It's so relaxing! Guess I better start cooking my heart out to make it a cheaper trip if we decide to go.

L: Chinese Food at 369 Asian Bistro - a few pieces of spicy, crispy asparagus (WAY hot and fab!); 3 edamame; 1/2 cup of hot and sour soup; 1/2 cup brown rice; 1 cup spicy chicken w/jalapenos and bell pepper. Can you tell I spicy food?!
